1) Capacity:the max.weighing range that the load cell can measure within the scope of the technical specification,but usually we just use 2/3 to 1/3 of the capacity.

2) Safety overload:the max.load that the load cell allows to load.The load cell allows to overload work in a certain range,usually it is 120% to 150%.

3) Ultimate overload:the max.load that the load cell can withstand without losing its ability to work.That is to say,when the load exceeds this value,the sensor will be damaged.

4)Sensitivity(rated output):The ratio of the output increment to the applied load increment.Normally the rated output is mv for each input voltage of 1v.

5)Excitation voltage:the recommended range of power supply,usually it it 5~12v.

6)Combined error(accuracy):it includes non-linearity,hysteresis ,creep,repeatability,zero unbalance and so on,usually the biggest value will be the combined error.

7)Zero unbalance:under recommended excitation voltage,the percentage of the output value of the sensor to the rated output when no load is applied.

8)Non-linearity:the accuracy parameter of corresponding relationship between the output voltage signal of load cell and the load.

9)Hysteresis:load gradually from no load to rated load then gradually unload.The percentage of the max.difference between loading and unloading output values at the same point to rated output value.

10)Repeatability:under the same environmental condition,repeatedly load the sensor to rated load then unload,while in the process of loading,the percentage of the max.output value differences to rated output is repeatability.This one id very important because it can better reflect the quality of a load cell.

11)Creep:in the case that the capacity and other conditions are unchanged,the percentage of the variation of load cell output with time to rated output is creep.

12)Input resistance:the resistance value of load cell excitation:E+,E-

13)Output resistance:under rated technical conditions,the output resistance value of load cell:S+,S-

14)Insulation resistance: insulation resistance value between the circuit part and elastic beam of the load cell,the higher the better.The value of insulation resistance will affect all properties of load cells.And when the insulation resistance is lower than a certain value,the bridge will not work properly.

15)Operating temperature range:the occasions of the load cell applied to,normal temperature load cell generally is marked as:-20℃ to +70℃,and high temperature load cell is marked as:-40℃ to -250℃.

16)Compensated temperature range:This load cell has been conpensated in the production of this temperature range,for example,normal temperature load cell is generally marked as -10℃ to +55℃.

17)Temperature coefficient of SPAN:it shows the zero stability of load cell when its ambient temperature is changed.Generally with the gift in every 10℃ as the measuring unit.

18)Temperature coefficient of ZERO:it shows the output sensitivity stability of load cell when its ambient temperature is changed.Generally with the gift in every 10℃ as the measuring unit.

19)Cable length:the standard cable length that the factory configures when the products are finished manufacture.But the cable length can be customized by the customers.

20)Defend grade:the dust and waterproof performance indocators of load cell,usually is IP65,IP66,IP67,IP68.
