  • Load Cell System Stability:

Resistance, inductance and capacitance are three kinds of passive components in electronic technology, capacitive sensor is a transducer which converts the measured change into capacitance change,which is essentially a capacitor with variable parameters.

Capacitive sensors have the following advantages:

(1) High impedance, small power, only a very low input energy.

(2) A large amount of change can be obtained,which has high signal-to-noise ratio and system stability.

(3) The dynamic response is fast, the operating frequency can reach several MHz, the measured object is a conductor or a semiconductor can.

(4) Simple structure. Adaptable,can be in high and low temperature, strong radiation and other harsh environment work, the application of a wide range.

With the development of electronic technology and computer technology, the disadvantages of capacitive sensors such as susceptible to interference and distributed capacitance have been overcome, and a capacitive grating displacement sensor and integrated capacitive sensor are developed: Therefore,it is widely used in the measurement and automatic detection of Non electric power, which can measure pressure, displacement, speed, acceleration, A degree, thickness, liquid level, humidity, vibration, component content and other parameters. Capacitive sensor has a good development prospect.

Also known as sensing elements,is to transform the output of sensitive components into a signal for easy measurement. For example, the Resistance strain gage (or the Resistance strain gage) of the resistance strain type weighing sensor converts the deformation of the elastomer into the change of the resistance; the capacitor of the capacitive weighing sensor converts the displacement of the elastomer to the change of the electrical capacity. Sometimes some components have the function of both the sensitive element and the transform element. For example, the piezoelectric material of the voltage weighing sensor,under the action of external load, outputs the power at the same time as the deformation occurs.

Transforming the output of the transform element into an electrical signal for the convenience of further transmission, processing, display, recording or control. such as the electric bridge circuit in the resistor-strain type weighing sensor, the charge preamplifier of piezoelectric weighing sensor.

Provides energy for the output of the sensor's electrical signal. The general weighing sensor needs the external chain power supply to work. Therefore,as a product must indicate the requirements of the power supply, but not as part of the weighing sensor. Some sensors, such as magneto-electric speed sensor, because of his large output energy, do not need auxiliary power supply can also work properly. So not all sensors have auxiliary power.
